At Aiko Kids, we want to make sure your order arrives safely and smoothly. This Shipping Policy explains our shipping process, delivery times, and shipping costs.
Orders are usually processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Once your order has been processed and shipped, delivery usually takes 5–12 business days.
We currently ship exclusively within the United Kingdom.
We offer free shipping on orders over £50. For orders under £50, a £5 flat-rate shipping fee will be applied at checkout.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information when available. Please allow some time for tracking updates to appear after shipment.
Please make sure that your shipping address is correct and complete before placing your order. Aiko Kids is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect information provided by the customer.
